UNISTRUT is exclusively manufactured and supplied by ACS in Asia / Pacific

We have manufactured and traded in Thailand for the past 16 years.   We supply a large range of UNISTRUT products to the Global Market with huge varieties of applications ranging from construction, mining, industrial, offshore, petrochemical, Power Plants, commercial and residential buildings to hospitals and infrastructure.

UNISTRUT brand of cable and mechanical support systems manufactured by our group is well established in Asian, Australian, New Zealand, American and European markets. The decision was made sixteen years ago to expand the company by moving offshore to establish a production base to service the Asian construction industry. Thailand was chosen as our base providing a sound economic climate and had the infrastructure and domestic market that could support our operation.

ACS is the leading producer of Unistrut products supplying Unistrut branches in Australia and Europe.   ACS complies with high European and Australian standards and quality requirements.
 

Product Range

UNISTRUT manufactures a complete range of electrical and mechanical support systems.  All products are manufactured to NEMA International VE1-2009, AS, BS, ASTM, NZS Standards and ISO 9001: 2008 Certified.

Electrical support systems range from very light for computer cables to large High Voltage current carrying power cables used on heavy industrial sites.
Mechanical support systems used in major industrial product sites to support pipes, bracketing on commercial buildings to support facades, under floor computer systems etc.

Cable Trays

Light gauge perforated trays supporting light cables. Sizes range from 50 mm wide to 900 mm wide and 2.4-3.0m in length. Materials used are Hot dipped galvanized steel, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Epoxy painted steel or FRP fiberglass.

Cable Ducting

Light to heavy ducts that can carry multiple cables from Switch boards to source of requirement. Can be made with either quick fitting lids or screwed on lids. Sizes range from 50 x 50 mm to 900 x 900 mm in 2.4-3.0m lengths. Materials used are Hot dipped galvanized steel, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Epoxy painted steel or FRP fiberglass.

Cable Ladders or Racking

These ladders carry large cables with high power carrying capacity. Used on all major industrial sites. Ladders come in various strengths depending on loading capacity and in either 3 or 6m lengths. Materials used are Steel, Hot dipped galvanized steel, Aluminium, Stainless, Epoxy painted steel or FRP fiberglass.

Strut

These are very strong forms of channels in many sizes made of Hot dipped galvanized steel, Stainless steel or Epoxy painted steel. There is a multitude of fittings associated with Strut to enable pipes to be supported and retained. These products are also used on all major industrial sites.
 

Manufacturing Base

Our factory is located 200 km south east of Bangkok. We are 50 km from major ports at Laem Chabang and 15km from Map Ta Phut.

Our production area has 4,000 square metres of covered workshop. The factory is committed solely for the manufacture of Cable and Mechanical support systems.

Our management and fully trained staff have expertise in Total Solutions for Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical Supports. The management and employee base derives from Thailand, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. With strong human resources under the leadership of directors ACS achieves total satisfaction for all customers.
